please help. No service. Tried resetting- didn’t work. Tried adding new SIM card instead of eSIM. Still nothing. Sent in service ticket. No response. No service for 2 days. Please help. Thanks

@Braybob   Have you logged in to your account to check its status, just in case there was an autopay failure, inadvertently toggled subscribed to off, expired credit card or something like that?

Hey @Braybob 

To be able to help you out, we're going to need more information rather than just give you a link to a CS Agent again since you've already messaged them.

With that being said, what stages of the sign up did you get an error with? Were you able to finish the entire sign up using the app? You mentioned you first got an eSIM and because it didn't work, you purchased a SIM card. Did you go into your account and change the SIM card number to the physical one you purchased?? If you've already done that, have you tried your SIM card in another phone? Sometimes that needs to be done to reprovision the SIM.

if you have a new sim, you need to login My Account, Profile , click on the pencil besides sim card number and update it

but if you need support agent to help (maybe you cannot login), then message support:
