@Splante36 Check your payment history to see what you were charged. It's possible that your autopay failed and your plan wasn't renewed. What plan is showing up under your plan details? If it's the $30 one, then use the one time payment option to deposits the $26 dollars and hit the reactivate button to restart your service. Restart your phone and it should be restored. Stay safe.

@Splante36 Did you request the plan change to take effect on your next renewal? If so, seems you miss timed the change( therefore you must pay for the current plan to have service restored immediately.
If you don't want to wait for the next renewal contact the moderators and explain the situation.
Click on the green question mark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the autobot Simon. Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on "Account specific question" and "No I want a human" and "Submit a ticket Click me!")
Once connected, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.

I changed my plan instead of 40 to 30 a month and now it says i owe 26? Doesnt make sense?

@Splante36 @Hi if you changed your plan early you will lose the money you paid on your old plan this is a pre paid service the money you have to pay is for the new plan
