To add to @NDesai comments, a few other options are as follows.

Try your SIM card in a different phone. 

Go into network settings and reset them.

If it's an eSIM, try going into your SIM section and confirm it's set as primary.

And finally, as there is nothing stating there are any issues being down, if you're in Ontario, we all know it's being blanketed with snow. Keep an eye on this if you're still having issues.

@PeterVan Is your account in good standing? Have you tried rebooting your phone or turn on and off Airplane mode? Do you get any signal on your PM sim card?
