My service didnt work in Buffalo

My service didnt work in Buffalo,  It actucally turned in quite a problem in navigation and accessing event tickets.

Hey @MarcNad, you can get support by opening a ticket with the link shared below, but you will often find answers quicker by searching or posting here in the community. My son was just in Cleveland yesterday to watch the NFL game and had no issues with service on his Canada-US-Mexico plan. As @hTideGnow mentioned, check that you have roaming turned on and you can leave it always on.

do you have a US roaming plan or addon?

if you have it, make sure you enable Roaming Mobile Data.  And make sure your phone connects to AT&T or T-Mobile or Verizon.  Try each one
