Hi there,
On Black Friday, I was planning to switch my subscription to a plan with more data. However, when I logged into my account, I noticed I had several add-ons previously provided by Public Mobile promotions (including 75GB of data and 100 minutes of international calls).
Today, when I logged in again, I found that none of those add-ons are visible. I noticed that the account interface has changed, but I’m concerned that my balance may have been mistakenly wiped by Public Mobile.
Could you please check and clarify what happened?

Neither of those add-on's sound familiar. Public Mobile used to give out holiday bonus add-on's that had no expiry, but never for 75GB or 100 minutes. Last year there was no bonus at all, and in the few years prior to that it was 2GB and 500 long distance minutes per year. Possibly prior to that it was 400 minutes and 1GB, but don't quote me on that.
The only large data bonuses were for those who got forced off the legacy rewards program and onto Public Points. Depending on your plan, you could get some pretty large data buckets, but those all had expiry dates on them which have all passed.

@frog4 Click on “Usage Breakdown” whether using the app or website. That’s where they are now found.

The website interface has recently changed. However, it should not have wiped out the add ons.
The website is finicky. Try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try using the App.
Also, try Usage breakdown in app. It should show all add ons.
