Two days ago I had 500 Intl minutes from last offer in 2021 now it shows I have used 45 Minutes.
I have not used any International minutes so what is going on. Is some body else using my mi

@Deepika543 hi are you by chance on the limited minutes plan? if you used all your minutes for this cycle you may have tapped into your ld minutes

Your probably looking at old cached information.
Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode instead. Try again

At My Account, add-on area, click the refresh circle to refresh
or try using Private mode or Incognito mode to login My Account
And if you already reply to this year bonus, you should see two 500 minutes of LD there (and two 2GB data) . of course that assume you have not used them all up
