Use the link provided by @Handy1 ...it's a quick link to send a message to Customer Support..just fill in your request.  Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond to your request.

@Moe2024  The 50GB for $34 is for new activation only not existing customers . But first ask support some have reported to have got it just by asking
