@alexaulenbach , you plan upgrade has simply lifted the throttled speed from 100 mbits/s to 250 mbits/s. Otherwise, nothing else has changed. It could be local network congestion that is affecting your data experience. I would not do anything unless the situation is persistent.

@alexaulenbach try to reset your networks to see if that helps.
Do you have 5G phone? Are you on 5G area?
