You will need to contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account.
Meanwhile, you can purchase a voucher from these location and dial 611 to enter the voucher number to restore service:
Or you can purchase voucher an online at recharge.ca.

@Baldevdhilon if you remember your 4 digits pin, you can make a payment to resume service using * 611
If not, you will need to get the login issue resolved first, open ticket with Pm Support using chatbot:
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
if you don't want to wait to "unlock" the login , you can also get a voucher from SDM/711/Shell and then load the voucher using *611 (no 4 digits pin needed) (Try to buy vouchers from those stores as their voucher can be used immediately. Vouchers from other stores could take 24 hours before they can be used)
