My phone is calling out and then drops after 1 ring

I’ve done everything. Restarted. Updated software. Etc.  still can’t call out.  I could cry right now.

@hTideGnow , I did that 3 hours ago when I created a support ticket. CSA Denise fixed it by doing some system-level repair & turning my phone off for 20 minutes. It’s finally working again! No one knows why it stopped working or randomly happens!

@hTideGnow , rebooted phone & called myself again, nope 3G didn't work either! Still can’t receive incoming calls, goes straight to voicemail & waiting on important call of course!

 

Edit: I should make my own post but only steps left is to create a support ticket! Done that now!

@sheriway , it’s the opposite for me! I can make outgoing calls but can’t receive incoming calls! They go straight to voicemail! I haven’t done anything different today to my phone but mine stopped being able to receive incoming calls as of half hour ago or longer! My signal LTE on VoLTE has dropped to 1 - 2 bars! 

I have reset network settings, turned phone off, removed SIM card from phone for 5 minutes, put SIM card back in phone & turned phone back on & still not able to receive incoming calls! Yet, doing all the troubleshooting my signal is back to normal!

 

Any luck yet?

@sheriway 

You could also try adding the prefix  +1 or 1 in front of the area code.  

Some talk issues recently.  Might be due to the VoLTE roll out.

@sheriway   you have been a PM customers for sometime and this just happened today?

 

It happens to all numbers you call?

You don't have the $15 plan with limited outgoing  minutes, do you?

 

And can you receive incoming calls?

 

do you have anther phone to test the PM sim card?  By putting the PM sim card in another phone, this can force a sim card/account re-provisioning and it could resolve your problem
