My phone is a BLU Z215. I setup an account and inserted my SIM card but it doesn’t seem to work.

You can also try your SIM card in another phone. This will help determine whether PM service issue versus hardware problem.

I'm having no luck finding this phone. Can you find any more model numbers on it? Where did you get it and how long ago?
