Greetings public Mobile team,
I have a Samsung galaxy S7 and I have been using public Mobile in the past and I moved from Tell us to public Mobile 3 months ago at first I could easily activate my phone plan at the store but now even though my plan appears active on the page I have no se3vuce and I did my payment yesterday after introducing my voucher and doing payment.
Hope you can help me with this.

@Leonardodv7 Did you activate again or you are using the same account you activated 3 months ago? When you login to your self-serve account, do you see the account status active?
