My phone does not ring

I can make calls but cannot receive. It is not on do not disturb, the reception is good, what can be wrong?

i just did that, moved the sim to another cell, made calls, switched back and now waiting...

@nicoldans   @Andy9   Have you tried powering off and removing the SIM for a couple of minutes and then reinsert and reboot as suggested earlier by @hTideGnow ?

edit:   You could also try switching the SIM to another phone temporarily and then back as another customer has suggested that worked for them.

I'm having the same issue. Had this plan for 2 years. Phone was restarted, not disturb is off. All calls go to voicemail, I'm able to call but no calls or text or data

Yes can make calls and send sms. I move around quite a bit and the signal cannot be poor everywhere

After i do a power off it works for i don't know how long, but then if i try to call kyself from another number it goes to the voicemail

Did you just do an update? My buddy recently did and his phone seemed to be shot, although in that case, nothing was functioning at all so since you have partial service it probably is not the issue.

HI @nicoldans   have you try changing the phone to 3G Only ?  That could solve your problem for now

That is usually symptom of phone having low signal as system decides phone is off and sends every call to voice mail.

Can YOU make calls? Can you send/receive SMS?

@nicoldans what type of phone is it have you put it in airplane mode or take your sim out then put in and reboot

Can you receive call from at least somebody or all calls are not ringing your phone?

Do calls go to voice mail?

HI @nicoldans  try to change to 3G only or WCDMA only

Also try to reseat the SIM card

• make sure your phone settings is not on silent
• reset your network settings
