Unable to receive calls/sms

stally89

All incoming calls are going to VM and incoming texts are not coming through.

Have restarted a few times. Have manually and automatically selected network operators. At a loss. Been going on for a few hours now.

How do I contact support??

i have the same issue, i'm not the only one

@stally89  Yup, that could have helped.  Putting the SIM in another phone triggered a provisioning to your account/sim.

@Coyote2 Hi all, did everything possible from my end. Support refreshed services from the back end. I then turned off my device and removed some cars and restarted

Still no luck.

Finally I swapped sims with my wife's device (same one) and all the messages came through and calls worked too.

Working fine now.

No idea what caused it.

@stally89 and @Coyote2   Try to change your Preferred network to 3G Only / WCDMA only and see if it works

I have the same problem this morning and have submitted a ticket. I am waiting for a response for a live chat.

This is the first time I have had a problem and tried this Community thing.

I do have signal. I am able to make calls just fine and use the internet.

Thanks for providing steps on contacting support.

Do you have any signal at all? Usually calls going to vmail is caused by no connection to cell tower(s).

To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
