Ok so im not even sure if message them right but ill wait n see what happens and if can't get it resolved by noon ill just got to another provider and take this as a loss

HI @Rick16 PM does not have a number to call and talk to agent. Submit ticket is really the only way. But I think they can fix this problem quickly. Maybe in 2 or 3 message exchanges. They just need to validate yourself and have the correct phone number/email address,etc. Message them to start the ball rolling

The reason you got this screen is that the new Eversafe system is unable to link up your email login with your My Account. Again, easy fix for support, but you need to engage them via ticket. Please message them here to open ticket:

where you were at for change plan? It shouldn't ask you to enter a sim number
Can you login to My Account now?
click Change Subscription, on top right of the overview page, then pick and plan and make change by select Change on Renewal (preferred way) or Change Now.
So, if you see that sim number screen again, kindly post a screenshot

@Rick16 You can change plan immediately but you will lose money on your current cycle . But here’s how to change plans
Change plan in 3 easy clicks
If you ran out of data and what to re buy same plan immediately known as early renewal
Early renewal
assuming at least that your current plan is still one that is offered . If you go into your Self Serve account and schedule a plan change to a different plan, the Self Serve page will then alllow you to select your current plan as an immediate plan change if you go back to change your plan again…otherwise if your existing plan is not there you will need supports help with this

First, login to My Account using Incognito mode and make sure your amount due date is July 4th
You can then go click Change Subscription and then pick the plan you want and the use Change on Renewal button to schedule a plan change for next renewal, which will be tomorrow
