Hello there,

I had purchased an international call, however couldn't use at all. I wonder that is it possible to switch this purchased international call to my data use? Because I can't get refund, and always have short data.

As long as you didn't make any LD calls, you can contact a CS_Agent and explain that it was a mistake and ask for a credit to your account.

@FrancisPark   PM is prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund.  However, if it is situation like that, possibly support can help, please open ticket with PM support directly:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
