I join the public mobile and you already charge. I start to use the phone today. The outgoing calls is fine but incoming call and text message no respond. So If someone calls me I don't know. Could you please check it for me. How long should I wait for that can I credit back on this problem.

I tried to reboot my cell phone by holding down the powder butttom and power back on many time. It doesn't work.
I call from my home phone to cell phone same incoming calls does't work.

Did you port in your number to PM? Did you follow porting procedure?
Outgoing calls work as you got temporary number when signed up.
PM does not provide credit for no service unless it is global outage.

You must have tried to port in your phone number and it's just not finished yet.
Check out your mailbox and I'll send you a phone number to call about your port request.

If you replied to the text with Yes with the old SIM in your phone if you are porting your old number over to PM and was charged by PM.
Or you picked a new number.
Just reboot your phone by holding down the power button and power off then power back on.
