I'm not sure why but my phone hasn't been completely ported over yet. I moved my line over on February 26th. I opened a case a few days ago with Public mobile but I guess I need to wait. It just sucks that I'm not having to pay for 2 providers.
I'm pretty sure something failed with the port over. Any idea how long it takes for public mobile to get back to me after I open a ticket. This delay in the port over with no communication with public mobile has me worried that I might have made a mistake.

It has been resolved. I finally did get my number ported over.

call the porting support team and they can check. I have sent you the number. Check the community inbox and call

@icanrule Ill private message you the porting team number . Give them a call they can re trigger the port request for you
