Phone not ringing on incoming call

I am in Florida and find my phone does not ring to indicate an incoming call when the caller is Canadian phone also in Florida, I can call them with no issues. Any ibeas

Try rebooting your device and ensuring you're connected to either T-Mobile or AT&T.  Also, can you receive all calls from others?

Try these fixes:

1. ensure airplane mode is not enabled
2. ensure do not disturb is not enabled
3. ensure your ringer volume is turned up
4. ensure the number calling you is not on a blocked senders list
5. disable any call-forwarding features/settings
6. turn off Bluetooth -- it's possible the 'ringing' is going through to a Bluetooth device instead of device's speakers
7. remove and reinsert your SIM card
8. reset network connections

@Bruce88  Did you verify the settings of your phone? Some mute setting…? Or can you switch the sim in an another phone to see what happen?
