Are you a new or an existing customer?
If you’re an existing customer and your account is 100% setup you should be able to hit “didn’t receive code” when it asks you for a code and you can then choose to have the code sent to your email.

I can't log in to my account because the network is not working, I can't receive the 6 digital code for ever safe from text messages?

Was your service working previously?
If you dial *611 does it tell you anything about your account status?
Are you able to try your SIM card in another device to see if it’s a device specific issue or a network issue?
You could also try resetting your network settings and then rebooting your phone.
If your service was previously all setup and working, it might possibly be an outage in your area. Could you try going elsewhere to see if service resumes?
