My hotspot stops working every midnight.

I’m using 34$/50G plan.(Canada-Us)

Every midnight, my hotspot stops working, and then my phone’s data service also stops briefly. It seems to last for about 15 minutes. My phone shows ‘no service,’ which causes the hotspot to disconnect.

Very rarely, if I’m not using the hotspot, the data on my phone works smoothly.

Have anyone experienced a similar issue? I would like to hear how you resolved it.

Ask support for refund due to lack of cellular service

I haven’t changed any settings. I’m not familiar with those functions.

+ When I was using Telus before, I’ve never happen this Issue. 13pro iphone.

I can't say that I experience service interruption at end of day.  I wonder if the phone has any kind of timed function that causes the disconnect.
