My first day on Public Mobile

I have a new account with public signed up online yesterday but i cannot or it won't let me login to my account?  Is there a 24hr period i have to wait to login to my account?

yup that worked thanks.    i clicked reset password and followed instructions

One of the options is to try to change password if you know exact email you have used.

After changing password wait 15-20 before trying to log in again. Do not change pass too many times. If after first change still cannot log in, contact agent to reset your access.

yes during the activation process it asked for an email and for you to make a password

yes service is working. during the activation process it ask for you to create an account with email and password.  did that.   trying to login in with that email and password and it does not recognize it

HI @only1utd   start with clearing cache and relaunch browser

or try Private/Incognito mode or try on another browser

 

if none of those works, open ticket with PM CS agent to confirm the login

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

yes i signed up yesterday online sim card and all.  service is working i just cannot login to my account that a registered during the online process

HI @only1utd   if you activated yesterday, you must have created a My Account already

 

First, is the service working?

And, try to login with a different browser or with Private/Incognito mode

Did you create an account at all?

How did you activate SIM and signed up with PM?

If account is created properly, there is no waiting period to access it.
