If you are not receiving the text for the 2FA code, click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code and have it sent to your email address on your account.

do you have eSIM problem or you have login problem?

for EverSafe code, click Didn't receive code and then pick the send email choice after

If still not receiving the code, submit ticket with CS agent:
