My data is high and I am not the one that is using it

My data is being used at times when I am asleep and not using my phone.  When I turned my phone off last night until this morning, my data was still being used.

Data usage is updated twice daily representing the preceding two 12 hour periods of usage from midnight to noon and noon to midnight (eastern).

If you keep data on and phone on all the time, apps might and will use your data.

PM might use minuscule amount of data for its services (and will return it) but I do not see that anymore on my usage report.

Public mobiles data usage history is only updated twice daily.

It represents data consumed within the 12-hour preceding period.

During those times, your wifi maybe cutting out and your data is being used to update apps and what not, with out you knowing.

If you're phone is turned off though, then your probably noticing that the PM system has added up all your data used before you turned it off.
