@Tsawwassen if not clicking on Login did not automatically log you in, then try this when you see Page Expired error.
Press Back on the browser and click Refresh. Usually, you it will show you the content of My Account that way

No that doesn't work - it requires to click on "log in". - Maybe my MacBook os has a flaw or perhaps even a virus -- Ever since I submitted a warranty claim on an item I bough --- (fortunately did not use my main email so no big deal if I delete it) have been continuously getting many spam emails -- This evening I plan to format the drive and fresh install OS Ventura --- But of course this doesn't explain my phone's unexplained data usage -

@Tsawwassen Page Expired?
You were using Chrome with saved password?
try to do this DO NOT click the Login button. When you picked your username from the saved list, just hold on , do not click the login button. Let the browser to log you in automatically and this time you would not get Page Expired error
For the data, so, you have no access to Mobile data now? Try to use Incognito mode to logon My Account again and see if you have more usage that you saw earlier

Something is definitely wrong - just again powered the subject phone and noticed that now also my 2gb bonus data has also been eaten up ---- my usage history since topped up on Dec 25 only shows several text messages . Also weird is that every time I try to log in I get the following message as cut and pasting below - however when I re-try to log in it does work. Have now removed the SIM card and will check my account again in a few days and see what happens.
Page Expired
The page you are trying to access is no longer available.

Thank you, i have done that but it only shows data in two amounts. The xls doesn’t actually tell when the data was used. I just have it as twice a day. Not very specific but i guess its all i can get.

To be certain, @Tsawwassen , you're alleging your device has been powered "OFF" for the complete time-frame of your current cycle, and when you powered it "ON", you checked your self-serve page (refreshing as necessary), and you consumed your total data allotment?
Yes - pics to support, please.

I believe OP problem is just the issue that data are posted twice a day, as explained in my post above
PM data usage tracking is generally very accurate
For you issue, don't just check the usage on the overview page
go to the Usage page, download the full history in xls , then filter by Data using Excel and see what you got
Maybe post us screenshot

I have a spare phone that has been turned off and I just turned it on and seem to have the same problem as you - cut and pasting from my account page. It must be a glitch --

PM used to use some of your data for some kind of maintenance purpose but that data was returned to you next day.
I do not see such usage anymore nor my data decreases by itself.
How much data is used?

@kbeuker , where are you getting this information? Please use incognito mode when accessing the self serve account to ensure fresh data is being viewed. Note that the data events are not instantaneous but a collection of data consumption over the day.

@kbeuker is it showing data being used around midnight?
No worry. PM does not constantly update the data usage,. Instead, it only update twice a day
For any entry you see on the usage page, it is just a total data usage between that timestamp and the timestamp of the previous entry. So, it is a total usage for couple hours, around 12 hours or so.
So, no worry, the data were not really used when the phone was off
