i can't top up my account. my card keeps getting declined on your system. it worked today at costco, walmart and pharmacy. ive tried 3 different credit cards?? how am i supposed to top up my account.

You may need to give it an hour or the credit card processing is locked out after many attempts thinking it might be fraud.
Make sure the address is the same as your payment card billing address. Don't have a space in the postal code or then drop the last digit.
You can also buy vouchers in many stores or online and use the 611 service or self-serve. You can also pay using Instant Top-ups.

Hi @kostaskapatais if you had tried a few times, the systems will automatically locked. Give it an hour to reset. Before you try again, clear your browsing history, cache and cookies. Also, go incognito.. this helps some people too.
Also, have you tried dialling 611? You need a preregistered card or voucher and your PIN number for this.

@kostaskapatais hi remove old card instead of trying to replace if that fails
