My card isn't registering

I've just moved to Canada and to get a Canadian card I'm required to have a phone number 

So I'm trying to purchase a plan however both my European revolt card and my english cards aren't being registered. Is there anything I can do?

@Catlover1  It’s like a credit  card only it’s pre paid and you can buy them at gas stations

What is a vanilla mc prepaid card?

You have to have either Canadian or USA issues credit card in order to subscribe with Public Mobile. Some debit cards work too. See help articles for further assistance and clarification.

None of other cards work including European.

@Catlover1  You need a new public mobile sim and activate it on the PM app to get service with public mobile .

first...please make sure you download the PM app to activate successfully. If your payment card isn't working..get to Canada Post and get a Vanilla MC prepaid card.
