My service was cut off today. I owe $10. Can my service please be reinstated now and I will pay the balance Friday. I really need my phone today.

Nope, PM is a prepaid service so you might want to use WhatsApp or TextNow for free texting and calling through WiFi.

In the past, Telus Mobility's customer service department has been known to sometimes extend the expiry date of prepaid plan or the expiry date of balances if a customer called in and said that they need a few extra days (example: waiting for a paycheque). I'm never heard of Public Mobile doing this except in a few specific situations and ponits in time (examples: COVID-19, natural disasters).

sorry, PM is Prepaid provider and connect take partial payment
Now sure which plan you got, you can consider changing to a cheaper plan and resume with that (of course, you will get less data...)
