If you are looking at porting your son's number to another carrier. Your son's account must be active and up-to-date with monthly payments.

Otherwise, he will need to pick a new number with that carrier.

you can buy voucher from Shoppers drug mark or London drug or gas station.  Then you can call 1-855-4PUBLIC and then enter your son number to load the voucher.

i cant its my son phone number i dont have his account,  its ok tomorrow i will get new service with different provider, public mobile have no customer service like others,  so thanks for replying

then just update the credit card yourself

Payment page, Manage Subscription page  and click Update Credit card there

it was autopay but my credit card is changed

usually it is Autopay and you don't have to do anything.  Just check if Autopay is on.  At Payment page, Manage Subscription and see if Subscribed is turned on

or if you like, you can buy voucher from stores and pay by voucher
