I paid for first bill and tried to activate transffering my old number by the PM app but it's not activated they told me you guys can help me here so i was just wondering if i can transfer my number to PM if it's impossible i'd like to get a refund and cancel the subscription

so, the sim card is not connecting to PM network at all? if that is the case, you will need to do one more thing, message PM support agent for help.
