When I'm trying to fill in my info the address field only allows me to "search" for my address instead of just typing it in... very frustrating because my address doesn't show up in the list. This happens all the time, I think my address is incorrect in whatever database these searches pull from. However, this is the first time the website blocks me from making corrections. I tried making a ticket but it's been a month no reply.

Thanks for sharing. I hope it will be corrected shortly. So many companies and they all have their own individual policies and set of guidelines.

@SansanAhh so with a bit of searching was able to find that it is a Canada Post address validation service called "Address Complete" that PM uses. So to fix my issue I needed to take it up with CPC they only open service tickets for corrections after you talk to an customer service agent. The number was 1-800-267-1177
I guess another option would be PM could change their website to allow corrections to the "Address Complete" result. According to Canada Post websites that use this service shouldn't rely on it to validate the unit number correctly anyway, which is my issue.
From CPC:

try inputting the postal code first...see if that clears it up for you.

@kjc1234 I think I remember someone saying that for some reason PM uses Google Maps for the street addresses, does yours show up there?

Also did you check with Canada post to see if there are any changes to the guidelines for your address?
