My activation did not complete

I am charged with $20 but my activation did not complete and when I was trying to do it again, it said that my number is invalid. How can I solve this issue?

@Tonywter Unfortunately support wait time are longer then normal with messy roll out of new activation plans . They will get back to you unfortunately sometimes it can take up to 48 hours for a reply
