Double Charged For Plan and Promo Not Applied

I signed up for the $20 60GB plan through my laptop. I was originally charged $22.60. Then, when I tried to install eSIM and port my number through the app, I got an error and it said I was not subscribed. I received a $20 credit and had to pay again to resubscribe. I paid again and now I’m being charged $22.60 twice on my credit card. The 50% promo for 24 months is also not applied on my plan. The app also shows the next estimate amount due is $45.20 when it should be $22.60.
