I want to deactivate my number because Iam going back to my country. So please help me with the same as today is the last day of billing cycle.

HI @harsimran103 just disable Pre-authorized payment and the account will be suspended after this cycle
You can disable it by using *611 if you know the 4 digits PIN
if you do not remember the pin, then login to My Account and you can disable it there by going to the Payment page

@harsimran103 Sign into my account and disable Auto pay or you can ask support to remove credit card info right away

To deactivate the account, you can either port out your number to another provider and your account will be closed upon successful port out of the number
Or you can also login to My Account and go to Payment page -> Manage Payment Method, and then disable Pre-Authorized payment. PM will not be able to renew your account on your next renewal , your account will then be suspended on that day and 90 more days, it will be closed
