as a rule, Public Mobile will deny your request for refund in most cases. Why do you wanna cancel service ? If you've been having problems with service maybe we can help rather than tapping out.

To cancel your account, there are two ways. You can log into your account, turn off the subsciption. I gave youa direct link below.

The second way is to port out your number to another service provider. Just note, your account has to be active.
Public Mobile is a prepaid service so typically there are no refunds. However, if there were service issues, you can discuss it with a CS Agent.

PM usually do not provide refund. But if it is a new activation and it wasn't working, they will try to help first and provide refund if really unresolvable. Check with PM support agent first
