I would recommend that you purchase a new one from Amazon instead.  You'll get it faster. Public Mobile takes about 3 weeks to receive.  Now with the Canada post strike it will be even longer.

Or purchase from a local Telus/ Koodo store. 

You can message agents after to credit you back the original one.
