My payment failed as I have changed address.
I went to update my card details with the new post code and I keep getting the following error
notAbleToProcessRequest
I have checked everything and all the details are correct. I am unable to resume my service at the moment and I have no other form of payment so I need this resolved asap please

Thanks @Handy1 i tried installing the app and following those steps but no dice..it still wont accept it right now 😞

@Gavster When you try to update the CC again use the app not website , if you been using the app try and uninstall it then re install the app . When you log back in for the first time in the app allow location services on with in the app itself and it should work so long as postal code matches the credit card as you have indicated it does . That should hopfully do the trick , best of luck 🤞

Thanks, it doesnt like the post code but its the same one that is linked to my bank so not sure how i get around that? It accepted the address in my profile.
Ill grab a voucher for now but need a long term solution

@Gavster The postal code you used has to match that if the credit card you have issued , but in the meantime you can go to shoppers drug mart and buy payment voucher and load the funds *611 to resume services right away and worry about CC updating later if in a hurry

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes
if your plan not expired or suspended yet and you still have time, please wait a day or even longer before you try again. When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)
but if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
