Trying to put new credit card information on my account for over a month but it says oops looks like there was a problem now my account is suspended,what can I do there is no one to talk too only a robot

I had a similar experience when I changed credit card info, the new card didn't go through. I finally have to switch to another card and service was reinstated. Not sure why some cards are not accepted.

@Jenniepoo Are you using incognito/private mode to log into the account? You can submit send a private message to CS_Agent if unable to submit a ticket via chatbot, here's a link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
You can also purchase a voucher from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and add the funds by dialing 611 on your phone, or try recharge.com who will email the voucher PIN for a fee. This gives you more time to sort out the login issue.
