my service was suspended even though im on an outo pay program. How do i reactivate?

I manfully paid by inputting a different credit card when I got the notice, service was reinstated almost immediately.

@Barry42 Occasionally autopay does fail. If you see the Reactive option in your account try clicking it to push the payment or add the payment due by selecting Payments from the left side of the page.
Make sure to clear cache/cookies and use incognito/private mode before logging into the account.

unfortunately Pre-Authorized payment might fail
Just login to My Account, click "reactivate my plan" and make a manual payment to reactivate the service. Once payment is made, logoff from My Account and reboot the phone

Did you check your account? Does it say Active? Do you have any service with your phone? Did your credit card get charged?
