I would like to know how to contact customer service directly for Public mobile? I have been trying for a couple of days now. I even click on the link at the bottom and it brought me to another page that says private, but I don't know how to contact customer service. I even try putting customer service into the search box and it brought me to a chat bot which doesn't help me. I would like to contact customer service directly about my account. Is there a phone number?

I download the first esim and can't activate it so i deleted it. Then i saw i can't scan the QR code to download again, i need a new QR code to do all steps again.

Can you also please help me to escalate my ticket as well? I have been waiting for two days. I need a new esim QR code because i can't activate the first one so deleted the first one in the welcome email. Thank you so much!
