I have auto pay, no problem with cc. I made 2 top up payments. 15 hours of no cellular service with the audio messege that there is no account associated with my number. Then it works again. I want to know what happened and my ticket inquiry was not answered. Mar 4th. My payment was due the next day. this is a safety issue. What happened?

@catecameron , this announcement applies to your case with lost calling. Unfortunately the OP was edited over a few times and the timelines of the various updates were lost. The announcement was posted March 3 within the timeframe of your renewal issue. I was affected by this same problem. Based on the latest update, any residual issues have been cleaned up.

@catecameron during the 15 hours your phone not connected at all? PM had some issue with voice service for some customers, but it should have been fixed by now. If affected some renewal too. But again, it is fixed now
You have opened ticket with PM already and try to see what happened? If no reply , message them again for update
