I have auto pay, no problem with cc. I made 2 top up payments. 15 hours of no cellular service with the audio messege that there is no account associated with my number.  Then it works again.  I want to know what happened and my ticket inquiry was no...
My auto payment did not go through, my account suspended.  Made a payment.  Still suspended.
