My accout was suspended after update to 4G speed plan and inform me I owe them monthly fee as I have auto payment signed up since I joined the PM service few years ago.
just now I did use auto payment paid $39.11 please check is my account still active?

Can you login to your account? It sounds like you got the upgrade autopay bug where the service suspends because it couldn't figure out to charge the proper new amount.
If your services are working then that would tell you that it's all good.
