After signing up for a promotion on Monday, I'm having trouble verifying my phone number. I've tried to resend the code multiple times, but I'm not receiving the email for code resend. Instead, only the option to resend the code appears, and I'm not receiving any communication. As a result, I'm also not receiving any messages from Canada. Could you please check this?

there should also be an option for pressing on "didn't receive code" which then gives you the option to switch from email address or ph. number (text message)

Many having this error! If you wait until the counter goes to 0 it will send to email. But you have to do this like 4-5 times!!
If you are not able to use the chatbot to submit a ticket,
