My Plan expired

My plan expired 27.apr   but money was somehow withdrawn from my cc   on the 27. May.    I didnt do it.   I also believe that I pay for the service first and then use it,  not the other way.

Hi there,   I never activated auto pay.      I am out of country and I will activate it again within 90 days

There was no traffic in that period

@Bakibo   You purposely make it expired on April 27?  

Check My Account , Transaction log, does it show any transaction on April 27 and May 27?   

Check if you have Autopay enabled.  it looks like April 27 and May 27 are renewed without problem. 

You can check if your Autopay is enabled by going to My Account, at the bottom of Overview page, you should see something similar to :

@Bakibo  Sounds like an auto pay issue if you look in your self serve your money is probably there look for a reactivate button to restart your plan
