did you try Forgot Password there?

 

If you cannot reset it that way,   just open a ticket with PM CS agent and have your account credentials reset

 

At : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

  1. First type: "Forgot log in information"
  2. Then Click "Contact Us"
  3. Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Try calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and entering your 10 digit phone # . If it says we cant find your number then your account has been cancelled and deactivated.

Have you ever created a self serve account before, if not you can register for one here:

If you have created a self serve account and you are having issues logging in, try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device. Opening a tab in incognito mode may help as well.

Also, too many failed attempts may temporarily lock your account access. So wait 15+ minutes before you try again.

If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.
