Do you have data left in self service?

How do I confirm that my settings are correct?????
07-14-2021 03:57 PM
... also, did you reboot? you tried to use data with different apps? or all failed?

What plan do you have ? Any chance you are out of data?
Logon to My Account and confirm. On the Overview Tab, if you see a line about Mobile data, it will show you how much you are have for the month and how much you used.
If you don't see such a line, all your data are used up.

Confirm your cellular data is on and your apn settings are correct. Also log into self service and look under My Data & Add-Ons to confirm you have data left.
