The My Data & Add-Ons section of my self-service partial is messed up. Is there supposed to be a summary of my data usage there?
Who do I contact to fix it up?
Also, I did not get any text messages about the free 1gb of bonus data. Have others received this message yet?

You're not the only one saying that. I've read others posting that they never got the original text about the free add-on data either. Anyway, it sounds like you definitely qualify to receive it.

My data /add ons is blank as you have no add ons and I gather used up your data....That section shows data, add on long distance plans and add on data plans
To view your usage.. Click "view my usage" on right side.
1gb one time free add-on is of you had an active account before August 19th 11:59pm EST.
If you did you should have received a text that you qualified on Aug 23rd..then a follow up text when it was applied.
If you did get first text on Aug 23rd that you were eligible. Give it up to Sept 4th end of day for it to be applied
If you don't get in tomorrow.. please contact the moderators at link below.

Provide your account information to them and they will get back to you a 2/3 days.
When the 1 free gig is added to your account on My Data / Add-ons is where it would show that.

Thanks to everyone who replied. I got a 95% data usage warning text so I came in here to see how much I had left and was surprised that the section was blank. I guess all my monthly data is used up.
I'll use your link to message the moderators on Friday if I don't see the bonus data added.

@esmullins if that section is blank it means you've used up all your data and add ons! The 1gb bonus data still can be applied up to Friday they said so if you don't get it by then and meet the criteria to get it you'll have to message the moderator_team after Friday

@esmullins Usually if you're not seeing a feature on your plan then it means you have used it all up and have to wait until renewal or buy an add-on, which for data it's quite steep.
Yes, most people did receive the free data text and have also seen it added to their account.
If you were a customer before August 19th, 11.59PM, then you should still get the add-on. There was a two week timeline for it to be added, so wait until Sept. 4th to see if it gets added to your account.
If you feel there was an error and you still should be seeing data in your account, and if the free add-on data doesn't show by Sept. 4th, then you will need to send a message to Moderator_Team here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
