Hi everyone
When I click on the My account tab at the top of the webpage it just brings me back to the the home screen. Once in awhile it will bring me to the login, but then once I put in my password and 2 step ID it brings me back to the home page again and not to my account. I've tried signing in with incognito mode too. Help please

I believe it was because when I was able to make it to the sign in page I was trying to sign in with an expired account. It would send me verification code, but then wouldn't let me in any further

Website has caching issues.
Also, can try clearing cache on web browser. Or a different device.

and try using different browsers and try using Public Mobile app

@Hfarms Maybe try the APP instead see if they helps at all .
