Hi I click on my account page and it isn't there only shows advertisements. What is wrong with it?????? Why can't I see my plan or data usage or anything? Is anyone out there???? ps

Try login on the PM app and see if that works.

Use clean browser, incognito mode, clear cache. Sometimes refreshing page few times help. From time to time I get blank page with 'unrecognized' but refresh fixes it.
I have no issue accessing My Account (using computer).

you don't even get to login page? or after you login, it asked you to Reactivate account or activate new plan?
if you can login but get that page, you need support agent to check your login agian
